3. Shipping

  • We ship live poultry through USPS Priority Mail or other approved carriers.

  • Shipments are scheduled based on hatch dates and weather conditions.

  • Customers are responsible for picking up poultry from their local post office promptly after arrival.

4. Live Arrival Guarantee

  • We guarantee live arrival of poultry when picked up within 8 hours of post office notification.

  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos if losses occur.

  • Replacements or credit will be offered in line with our Refund & Guarantee Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Live animals cannot be returned.

  • Refunds or credits are only available under our Live Arrival Guarantee.

  • Hatching egg hatch rates cannot be guaranteed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Be available to collect poultry immediately upon arrival.

  • Have proper housing, heat, and care ready before your birds arrive.

  • Comply with all local/state laws regarding poultry ownership.

7. Liability

  • ChickenBreedsForSale.com is not responsible for losses caused by:

    • Delayed pickup

    • Improper care or housing

    • Extreme weather conditions

    • Restrictions or regulations in your state/county

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled shipping.

  • After this time, cancellations cannot be processed.
