Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that all live poultry shipped will arrive alive and healthy when:

Orders are picked up promptly (within 8 hours) from your local post office.

Birds are inspected immediately upon arrival.
If any losses occur during transit:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide photos of the birds in their original shipping box.

Include your order number in your email to sales@chickenbreedsforsale.com.
After review, we will:

Replace the birds on the next available hatch date, OR
-
Provide credit toward a future order if replacements are not possible.
Refund Policy
Because we ship live animals, we do not accept returns. However, our refund and replacement policy covers the following:

Eligible for Refund/Credit

Birds lost during shipping (covered under our Live Arrival Guarantee).

Broken or damaged hatching eggs reported within 24 hours with photos.

Not Eligible for Refund

Losses due to customer setup issues (e.g. no brooder, improper heat, unsafe housing).

Failure to pick up from the post office promptly.

Hatch rate of eggs (cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control).

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled hatch/ship date.

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled hatch/shipping.

Once chicks are set to hatch or have shipped, cancellations are not possible.
