Yes! You can combine different breeds of chicks or poultry in a single order, as long as they’re available on the same hatch date.

Q: How are live chickens shipped?
All live poultry is shipped in secure, ventilated boxes with heat or cool packs depending on the season. Shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail or other approved live carriers.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 1–3 days after being shipped. Delivery depends on hatch schedules and weather conditions.
Q: Where will I pick up my birds?
Most orders are held at your local post office for pickup. Customers are responsible for collecting promptly after arrival.
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship across the U.S., with restrictions in some states and during extreme weather conditions.

Q: What do I need before my chicks arrive?

Q: When will my pullets start laying eggs?
Pullets begin laying around 20 weeks of age. Our 15–20 week-old pullets usually start producing within weeks of arrival.
Q: Can I raise different poultry species together?
Yes, many customers raise chickens, ducks, and guinea fowl together. Just ensure housing space is adequate and feeding is managed.

Q: What if my chicks don’t survive shipping?

Q: Do you accept returns?
Because we ship live animals, returns are not possible. However, refunds or credits are available under our Live Arrival Guarantee.
Q: Do you guarantee hatch rates for hatching eggs?
We guarantee eggs are fresh and carefully packed. However, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed because incubation conditions are outside our control.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours before shipping. After that, cancellations are not possible.
